We have a four-day work week
We believe in the value of time spent away from screens, so, we ask our team to be offline on Mondays. To make sure that customer support stays constant, we stagger our support team days off but ensure they all can enjoy four-day work weeks too.
We believe in the immense value of diversity
In perspectives, talents and backgrounds, in race, gender, and identity, diversity will make our company, product and community stronger. We have work to do to get closer to our aspirations here, but we are committed to expanding diversity, enabling inclusivity and ensuring equitableness for all at The Wanderlust Group.
We don’t limit vacation days
Regular time away from work is important. We have no caps to our vacation time, we just ask that you act responsibly with your work and communicate with your team in taking it.
We are remote
We are all wanderers, so you can work from anywhere in the United States (where we’re legally able to hire).
We respect the environment
We believe in supporting responsible ways to experience the outdoors. We try to be both conscious of our impact on the environment and the ways in which we can protect it. We invest in environmental nonprofits and encourage our audience through our content to understand their impact on the climate and nature around them.
